Ensuring accurate metrics for all student needs, so all students can contribute to the future of CA, ensuring students and districts receive the funds they need to succeed; by analyzing existing funding streams and legislation in order to maximize impact  on students (for example Prop 98, CA Industry-CTE and Prop 13)
